What is Psychiatric Medication Management?

Medication management involves prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting psychiatric medications to effectively treat mental health conditions while minimizing side effects. Our providers conduct regular follow-ups to ensure optimal outcomes.

At Delta Healing Solutions, we take a personalized approach, working closely with you to find the right medication at the right dose, and pairing meds with the other treatments that make them work.

Medication is one piece of a plan, not the whole plan. For many patients, meds work best alongside talk therapy, and for treatment-resistant depression, alongside TMS and ketamine-assisted therapy. We plan care as a combination.

  • Coordinate with your therapist, PCP, and other providers (with your consent)
