Clinical Director & Psychiatrist

Dr. Rayner is an alumnus of the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his residency training in adult psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Reno.

A proud member of both the American Psychiatric Association and the Clinical TMS Society, Dr. Rayner is dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. He also serves as a medical officer in the Utah Army National Guard.

His expertise encompasses mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, substance-related disorders, adjustment disorders, and related conditions. Dr. Rayner's clinical focus is on comprehensive, combination-treatment care for individuals and families managing serious mental illness.

Riddhi is a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University where she earned her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She attended Mercer University for her undergraduate studies where she studied Biology, Chemistry, and Religion. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and is committed to being a lifelong learner. Her passion for psychiatry stems from a strong desire to help positively impact the lives of those around her.

Riddhi is extremely passionate about medicine and its ongoing advances and hopes to holistically provide her patients with the best care. She hopes to serve as an advocate for her patients so she can help them collaboratively advance their mental health and well-being. Outside of work, Riddhi values quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, yoga, and giving back to the community.

Clinic Manager

Tyla is a professional who is well-versed in accounting, financial management, and office organization. With a background spanning accounts management, litigation data support, and human resources, Tyla brings a diverse skill set to her work. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is deeply passionate about learning, teaching, and community service.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from WGU. Tyla's core values include faith, family, loyalty, knowledge, fun/adventure, and organization. Guided by her mission to "always leave people and places better than I found them," she enjoys spending time with her husband of 27 years, five children, and two granddaughters.

Patient & Certification Coordinator | TMS Tech

Angie's journey began in the Delta area and led to diverse experiences across the country and beyond. After completing massage school in 1995-96, she embarked on a fulfilling career as a massage therapist, with stints in Park City, Salt Lake City, UT, San Antonio, Texas, and Guadalajara, MX.

Returning to Delta in 2011, she established a massage practice within the Delta Physical Therapy office. She has since retired from that practice in December 2022. Her commitment to healthcare continued as she became a volunteer EMT for Millard County in 2017, finding fulfillment in serving the community until she remarried and relocated to Oak City to be closer to her parents.

Her passion for healthcare, especially mental health, remains unwavering. Having witnessed the challenges faced by loved ones with various mental health issues, Angie is thrilled to join Delta Healing Solutions and be part of a team that offers hope to those silently struggling.

TMS Coordinator

I was drawn to the mental health field by a desire to bring more purpose into my life while helping others. As a Certified TMS Technician and Certified in the Teaching Family Association (TFA) behavioral health program, I strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the patients I work with.

At Delta Healing Solutions, I approach every patient interaction with presence and authenticity, ensuring they feel heard and supported. The most rewarding part of my job is witnessing the transformative effects of TMS therapy. Seeing real change in people's lives is what keeps me motivated every day.

Outside of work, I focus on family and, well, more work. I take pride in the role I play in helping others. One of my guiding philosophies comes from Viktor E. Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning: "We cannot avoid suffering, but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward."

Insurance Specialist

Janel is our insurance specialist and works with every patient to verify benefits, secure prior authorizations, and navigate coverage across the plans we accept (Humana, Select Health, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, United Healthcare, Medicare, PEHP, HMA, Tricare, EMI, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield). If you have a question about coverage or need a non-profit cash-pay estimate, Janel is the person who will help you figure it out.

Front Office/TMS Technician

I love the mission, the work I do, and the people I get to interact with, both my coworkers and our patients. I wish more people knew how common mental health struggles are and how much support is available to overcome them.

Outside of work, I love reading, gardening, hiking, and riding ATVs. My background is in mechanical engineering, and before joining the mental health field, I spent four years working with the Air Force, updating software on the A-10.

One of my favorite quotes is from Byron Katie: "When you realize that every stressful moment you experience is a gift that points you to your own freedom, life becomes very kind."

Elend S LeBaron stands as a distinguished entrepreneur, lauded for his unwavering commitment to excellence and sustainability. His path to success was shaped by the trials of a challenging upbringing within a religious cult, where he witnessed and endured manipulation, mind control, and abuse. Despite these adversities, Elend emerged with a resilient spirit and a deep sense of empathy for others.

His personal journey took a transformative turn when he confronted his own mental health struggles, grappling with severe anxiety, depression, and despair. Despite seeking therapy for years, his battle with depression persisted until he discovered the life-changing benefits of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). This breakthrough treatment not only brought color back into his world but also ignited a newfound passion to make it more accessible and affordable for others.

In response to this calling, Elend founded Delta Healing Solutions, a beacon of hope for those seeking relief from mental health challenges. Through the clinic, he aims to provide access to innovative treatments and to create supportive environments where individuals can heal and thrive. His commitment to kindness and sustainability permeates every aspect of his work, reflecting his belief in the power of compassion and community.

Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Daryl Essey, CMHC, is a seasoned mental health professional with 15 years of clinical experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. His background is uniquely shaped by a decade spent as a secondary school educator and his service as a Vietnam Veteran, providing him with a deep understanding of resilience, adversity, and personal growth.

Daryl's clinical work focuses on trauma recovery, substance use treatment, and the management of anxiety and depression. He is trained in EMDR therapy, allowing him to offer specialized support for clients working through trauma-related symptoms and experiences. His approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, paired with empathy, patience, and a strong respect for each person's individual journey.

Clients appreciate Daryl's calm presence, his ability to listen without judgment, and his dedication to creating a safe and collaborative space for healing. Whether addressing long-standing trauma, navigating addiction recovery, or managing everyday stressors, Daryl is committed to helping clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Soo (Susan) Mooney is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adults, seniors, couples, and teens. She most often supports people navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Soo draws on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, and a trauma-informed approach rooted in compassionate inquiry. She is trained in EMDR and working toward certification.

"I am direct, what you see is what you get. I don't want to make therapy harder than it has to be." Her style is warm and refreshingly straightforward, and she hopes every client leaves feeling hope and a renewed sense of their own worth.

What drew Soo to this work was her time supporting youth in the foster care system, along with her own personal experiences. She loves Delta's small-town, we-are-in-this-together spirit, and she wants everyone to feel like they belong. She is especially excited that Delta Healing Solutions brings care together in one place, with a team working toward a shared goal of healing.

Outside of sessions, she enjoys learning, people, yoga, kayaking, biking, good food, and the wind.

Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Megan Strand is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adults and youth, often including family therapy in her work with younger clients.

She has experience across a wide range of concerns and is especially passionate about depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem and body image, life changes, anger, stress, grief, relationship conflict, and helping youth through parental conflict, separation, or divorce.

Megan draws on many approaches to meet each client individually, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, art therapy, and play therapy. She has also completed formal training in Brainspotting and EMDR, which continue to inform her trauma-informed approach.

Clients can expect a supportive, judgement-free space where they are met exactly where they are, with a great deal of compassion and empathy. Megan involves clients closely in building their own treatment plan and goals, and she often uses humor to keep sessions light and relaxed. She hopes clients feel truly heard and cared about, gain confidence, and walk away with skills to grow and a place to heal.

Megan has always wanted to work in a helping profession and loves getting to know people and being part of their healing journey. She moved to Delta a little over two years ago, has loved every minute, and is excited to be part of Delta Healing Solutions.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys being active and outdoors, including horseback riding, fishing, camping, skeet shooting, volleyball, and spending time with her family and animals.

Dr. Terrell Sellers is the physician who leads ketamine-assisted therapy at Delta Healing Solutions, on site on Fridays for ketamine treatments.

Front Office/TMS Technician

Hallie Ewart is a Front Desk Receptionist, Tech Support, and TMS Technician at Delta Healing Solutions. She was drawn to mental health work by how much she enjoys helping people and making genuine connections, and by the chance to make a positive difference in their lives.

Hallie holds an Associate of Science degree and is currently pursuing a bachelor's in Software Engineering through Penn State, with an expected graduation in May 2027. Before joining Delta Healing Solutions, she worked in a pediatric clinic, where she gained hands-on experience with patients and families.

At the front desk she manages scheduling and paperwork, answers questions, and keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly. As a TMS Technician she works directly with patients during treatment to help them feel comfortable and supported. She approaches every interaction with patience, kindness, and an open mind, giving people the space to tell their own story and feel heard and respected.

What she enjoys most is making a difference in someone's day, even in small ways. She wishes more people understood that everyone can struggle with their mental health, and that their feelings are valid. Something does not have to seem big to someone else to have a big impact on you.

Outside of work, Hallie is focused on her degree and enjoys spending time with the people she loves and playing video games. One line she comes back to is from Christopher Robin: "You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."

Front Office/TMS Technician

Halle is the face of the clinic, supporting patients from their very first interaction by answering calls and greeting each individual with care and compassion. She is dedicated to creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, valued, and at ease.

Her goal is for every person she interacts with to leave feeling a sense of hope and belonging, both within the clinic and beyond. With a naturally calm and gentle communication style, Halle helps create a reassuring presence for those who may be navigating difficult moments.

Currently pursuing a career in mental health, Halle is working toward becoming a therapist and has recently earned her associate degree in psychology. Her passion for helping others improve their lives and feel better about themselves is what drew her to this field.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as playing and coaching softball. She previously played college softball in Illinois while completing her degree.
