Clinical Director

Dr. Rayner is an alumnus of the University of Utah School of Medicine and has successfully completed his residency training in adult psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Reno.

A proud member of both the American Psychiatric Association and the clinical TMS society, Dr. Rayner is dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a spectrum of mental health conditions. Dr. Rayner also serves as a medical officer in the Utah Army National Guard.

His expertise encompasses mental disorders, emotional disorders, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance-related disorders, as well as sexual and gender identity disorders, and adjustment disorders. Dr. Rayner's clinical focus revolves around providing comprehensive care to individuals and families grappling with serious mental illness.

Riddhi is a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University where she earned her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She attended Mercer University for her undergraduate studies where she studied Biology, Chemistry, and Religion. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and is committed to being a lifelong learner. Her passion for psychiatry stems from a strong desire to help positively impact the lives of those around her.

Riddhi is extremely passionate about medicine and its ongoing advances and hopes to holistically provide her patients with the best care. She hopes to serve as an advocate for her patients so that she can help them collaboratively advance their mental health and well-being. Outside of work, Riddhi values quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, yoga, and giving back to the community.

Clinic Manager

Tyla Weaver has been a part of Delta Healing Solutions since it opened in March 2024 and serves as the Clinic Manager. With over 28 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and business operations, she brings a strong sense of organization and a knack for making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

She oversees finances, scheduling, and new patient consultations, helping create a clinic environment that feels both efficient and welcoming. Tyla is especially good at simplifying complicated systems and bringing order to busy, fast-moving situations. More than anything, she cares about people, making sure every patient feels seen, heard, and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Tyla transitioned into the mental health field because of her desire to help people who may be struggling or feeling alone. She believes that asking for help is a sign of strength and is passionate about being part of a place where real healing can happen. As she often says, “Broken right now doesn’t mean broken forever.”

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University, along with certifications in Leadership, Accounting, and Strategic Thinking & Innovation. She’s naturally curious and loves learning new ways to improve systems and make life easier for both patients and staff.

Tyla has lived in the U.S., Canada, and Brazil, giving her a broad perspective and a genuine appreciation for people from all walks of life. She tries to live by the belief, “Do your best to leave everything and everyone better than you found them,” and embraces growth with the mindset, “If I’m not changing it, I’m choosing it.”

Outside of work, Tyla is a proud mom of five and grandmother of three. She loves reading, taking long walks, and traveling anywhere. She finds joy in life’s simple moments, whether it’s indulging in her favorite candy, spending time with her grandkids, watching colorful sunsets, or organizing her shoes. It’s the small things that keep her grounded and grateful.

Patient & Certification Coordinator | TMS Tech

Angie's journey began in the Delta area and led to diverse experiences across the country and beyond. After completing massage school in 1995-96, she embarked on a fulfilling career as a massage therapist, with stints in Park City, Salt Lake City, UT, San Antonio, Texas, and Guadalajara, MX.

Returning to Delta in 2011, she established a massage practice within the Delta Physical Therapy office. She has since retired from that practice in December 2022. Her commitment to healthcare continued as she became a volunteer EMT for Millard County in 2017, finding fulfillment in serving the community until she remarried and relocated to Oak City to be closer to her parents.

Her passion for healthcare, especially mental health, remains unwavering. Having witnessed the challenges faced by loved ones, including her own experiences, with various mental health issues, Angie is thrilled to join Delta Healing Solutions. She is dedicated to being part of a team that offers hope to those silently struggling.

Olivia LeBaron is a remarkable blend of entrepreneur and healer, with over three decades of experience merging business savvy with a profound sense of purpose. Beginning her journey with formal education at the University of Utah, Olivia quickly found her calling in the realms of healing and nurturing. As a trained Home Birth Midwife and a certified Life Coach, she has guided countless individuals through transformative experiences, embodying the sacredness of life's journey. Alongside her birthing experiences, Olivia's entrepreneurial spirit has led her to excel in various business endeavors, where she seamlessly integrates her passion for healing with her skills in management and leadership.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Olivia's personal philosophy is deeply rooted in reverence for all life and the interconnectedness of existence. Her hobby farm serves as a sanctuary where she tends to native plants, nurtures her animals, and restores ecosystems, embodying her commitment to environmental stewardship. In her downtime, Olivia finds solace in the simplicity of life, from wandering through wild spaces to introducing others to new experiences like the curious allure of wheatgrass juice powder.

At the core of Olivia's being lies a relentless drive to solve problems and foster collaboration. Whether strategizing in the boardroom or working alongside others on the farm, she thrives on the energy of collective effort and the transformative power of collaboration. While her achievements may not be measured in formal accolades, Olivia's impact is evident in the lives she has touched – from her thriving family to the countless individuals she has guided and supported on their healing journeys.

Carla Collins is a passionate mental health advocate and addiction mentor dedicating to supporting individuals on their journey to healing and recovery. With a deep commitment to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and substance use disorders, she provides compassionate guidance, education, and mentorship to those in need.

As a treater at Delta Healing Solutions, she works closely with patients from all walks of life, providing compassionate care and support to those struggling with mental health challenges. Her mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and empower individuals to reclaim their lives with strength and resilience.

Beyond her advocacy work, Carla is a devout mother of four and a proud grandmother of three. Her nurturing spirit extends not only to her family, but also to her love for animals, finding solace and companionship in their presence. She believes in the healing power of connection, whether with people or animals and encourages others to embrace every step of their recovery with courage and self compassion.

I was drawn to the mental health field by a desire to bring more purpose into my life while helping others. As a Certified TMS Technician and Certified in the Teaching Family Association (TFA) behavioral health program, I strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the patients I work with.

At Delta Healing Solutions, I approach every patient interaction with presence and authenticity, ensuring they feel heard and supported. The most rewarding part of my job is witnessing the transformative effects of TMS therapy—seeing real change in people's lives is what keeps me motivated every day.

Mental health is one of the most unregulated soft sciences in the U.S., and I believe there's so much more we can do to improve awareness and care.

Outside of work, I focus on family and, well… more work! I wouldn't call myself a social person, but I take pride in the role I play in helping others. One of my guiding philosophies comes from Viktor E. Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning: "We cannot avoid suffering, but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward."

Front Office Receptionist

I love the mission, the work I do, and the people I get to interact with—both my coworkers and our patients. I wish more people knew how common mental health struggles are and how much support is available to overcome them.

Outside of work, I love reading, gardening, hiking, and riding ATVs. My background is in mechanical engineering, and before joining the mental health field, I spent four years working with the Air Force, updating software on the A-10.

One of my favorite quotes is from Byron Katie: "When you realize that every stressful moment you experience is a gift that points you to your own freedom, life becomes very kind."
